We are looking for a pro-active, conscientious, and flexible assistant to join a growing financial global company.
This is a newly created position, and enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key.
Bilingual Administration Assistant (French/English)
Votre mission :
Duties will include:
- Answering phones, taking messages, and ordering office stationery supplies
- Greeting guests and making refreshments for staff and visitors
- Getting lunch for meetings/visitors
- Typing, filing, copying, and scanning documentation
- Translating as needed
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
- Maintaining electronic and hard copy filing systems
- General office errands such as post office runs for special deliveries/stamps
Votre profil :
You speak fluently French, English
Conditions d'emploi :
Working hours / 24 hours a week by arrangement.
Our office is based in central Paris, and this position is available immediately.
Salary: €18,000 per annum + benefits (healthcare, luncheon vouchers, 25 days holiday)
