EXPORT SALES ASSISTANT

Established in 1994, Ness Design’s
principal activity is the brand Latitude Enfant. Latitude Enfant is an international
brand of children’s products, principally educational, high quality soft
toys and nursery items. We design and develop products working closely with
our clients, customer testers and our internal team. Our brand is sold through
a network of speciality retailers in Europe, Japan and the US, including prestigious
department stores and retailing chains. The dynamism and fast growth of the
company stem from a focus on creativity and a highly motivated team of people.
EXPORT SALES ASSISTANT


EXPORT ASSISTANT'S ROLE



Working closely with the export manager, you will have the following responsibilities:

coordinating, administering and
controlling export orders and shipments,
managing and developing a portfolio
of customer accounts
organising and participating in
international trade fairs
assisting the export manager

The role will be based at the company’s
offices in Fresnes, and include some international travel.
QUALIFICATIONS



A recent graduate, with a minimum of 2 years professional experience,

you will be creative, dynamic, disciplined and highly motivated to

contribute to the development of an international brand and the expansion of
the company.
You must be highly organised and
efficient and like to work as part of a flexible team.

You must be capable of handling a large number of tasks simultaneously and be
able to

control orders and shipments to optimise customer satisfaction.



In addition, the characteristics of a strong sales person are required –
convincing,

confident, persistent and a good negotiator.
You must be comfortable working and
negotiating in English.
